Japanese lollipop art is like edible balloon animals

Tokyo-based amezaiku master Takahiro Mizuki has been a candy-crafting master since he was 13 years old, never having been an apprentice, but always captivated by the practice. To his audience's delight, he is able to sculpt a lollipop in just three minutes. He performs at weddings, parties and other events around the world, such as San Francisco, Abu Dhabi and New York. His most popular treat (and expensive, because of the intricate detail) is the fragile dragon.
